Counselling and Psychotherapist Supervision

I offer clinical supervision from a psychodynamic perspective to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as those in training. I have over 35 years’ experience supervising both long- and short-term work across all theoretical approaches, supporting supervisees from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds.

I have worked in Further and Higher Education, the NHS, and drug and alcohol agencies, with an extremely diverse client base, including:

Teenagers and the elderly
Victims of neglect, abuse, and violent crime
Asylum seekers and survivors of war
Individuals experiencing bereavement, anxiety, or depression
Consultants in the NHS and senior academics
Those seeking meaning and purpose in their lives

In addition, I have extensive experience managing counselling services, including leading a Staff Counselling Service within the NHS and at Cardiff University.

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Supervision from Leicester University.

I also provide supervision for professionals outside of counselling who face emotionally demanding work, such as carers, support workers, and managers.

Fees

£80 per 50 minute session for weekly or fortnightly supervision
Please note for cancellations without 24 hours notice, a full fee is charged.
I am happy to invoice employers where needed.
