Counselling and Psychotherapist Supervision

I offer clinical supervision from a psychodynamic perspective to qualified counsellors/psychotherapists or counsellors/psychotherapists in training. I am experienced in supervising long and short term work, and all theoretical approaches. I have been supervising counsellors and psychotherapists for over 20 years in a variety of settings with supervisees from extremely diverse settings.

I have worked in FE, HE, the NHS, in drug and alcohol agencies and with an extremely diverse client base including: teenagers; the elderly; victims of neglect and abuse; victims of violent crime; asylum seekers; victims of war; clients who are bereaved; with anxiety and depression; consultants in the NHS; senior academics; those seeking meaning and purpose in their lives. I also have considerable experience of managing counselling services, including a Staff Counselling Service within the NHS and Cardiff University.
I am a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Supervision from Leicester University.

I also provide supervision to you if you are not a counsellor, but work in another role which has an emotional impact or is emotionally challenging such as carer, support worker, manager. For more information about my approach please visit my About me page.

Fees

£75 per 50 minute session for weekly or fortnightly supervision
Please note for cancellations without 24 hours notice, a full fee is charged.
I am happy to invoice employers where needed.
