Tina Abbott Counselling

Please note I no longer offer Mindfulness courses. If you have previously trained with me and would like to check in with me regarding your practice, or would like a regular, or a one off session to discuss practice issues you are very welcome to contact me.

What is Mindfulness?

Jon Kabat Zinn describes mindfulness as bringing your complete attention to the present moment. It is paying attention with a non judgemental attitude, and fostering an attitude of curiosity, exploration, kindness and basic friendliness to everything we experience.

One to one sessions are available at my home in Walterstone, £65 per hours session. These can be useful to use as a check in with your practice following a course, or if you have a practice and want to reflect or ask questions on practice.
