Attachment Workshops

I offer Exploring the Dynamics of Attachment workshops to organisations and businesses. This experiential workshop is designed to help teams and organisations explore how attachment dynamics play out in the workplace. By examining the unconscious patterns that shape how people relate, communicate, and collaborate, participants gain deeper insight into group relationships and team culture.

The experience can be transformative, offering a powerful opportunity for teams to build trust, improve communication, and enhance their capacity for connection and resilience at work.

Applying attachment theory within an organisational setting can improve our understanding and our experience of what we need to give to and get from professional relationships at work (Neath, 2019). The theory of ‘The McCluskey Model for exploring the dynamics of attachment in adult life’ which explores all aspects of human activity offers a comprehensive framework to support managers and leaders navigate ‘this landscape of humans at work’ (Neath, 2019).
