I offer supportive packages for couples who wish to explore and deepen their relationship within a structured process, delivered over eight one-and-a-half-hour sessions.
I use The McCluskey Model for exploring the dynamics of attachment in adult life which offers a comprehensive framework to deeply explore all aspects of attachment and patterns of relating.
Please note these sessions are not suitable for couples in crisis or wishing to consider and explore separation. They are for healthy couples wishing to reflect on and deepen their relationship.
Cost:
Initial consultation/assessment – one hour, £120.
Couples package, 8 x 1.5-hour sessions, £1200.
