Ongoing Attachment Groups – Start October 2026 

In-person ongoing group:
Venue: Saint Michael’s Centre, Abergavenny
Time: First Wednesday of each month, 6:00–8:15pm: 
October 7; November 11; December 2; January 6; February 3; March 3; April 7; May 5.
Cost: £288 (£36 per session)

Online Ongoing Group:
Dates: November 21, December 5, January 16, 11.30am-1.45pm; February 20 9-11.15am; March 13, 11.30am-1.45pm; April 10, 1.30-3.45pm; May 15 & June 12, 11.30am-1.45pm.
Cost: £288(£36 per session)

These closed ongoing groups offer the opportunity to explore each of the seven attachment systems sequentially, with a final reflection session in month eight.

The groups provide a safe and supportive environment for deep personal exploration and growth.

The next intake for new members will open in October 2026.
