Three-Day Experientials

November 13/14/15, 2026 &
May 29/30/31 2027

Three days to step off duty, slow down and explore the way you care, connect and relate.

Join us for an immersive three-day experiential workshop exploring all seven attachment systems within a small, supportive group.

There will be time to explore, reflect and rest — with space to become curious about your own patterns of relating and what supports your wellbeing and vitality.

The workshop takes place in beautiful surroundings with stunning views, with delicious lunches and snacks prepared by our chef, Emily, including her famous brownies.

It's an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself some time and space to be cared for, rather than always being the one who cares for others.

Venue

Black Mountains Barns, Cloddock, Herefordshire — within the Black Mountains countryside.

Cost

£385 — Early bird £335 if paid by the end of March 2027

3 day attachment workshop

In responding to the needs of others, we can sometimes lose sight of the conditions we need to support our own health and wellbeing. Over time, this can leave us depleted, exhausted and disconnected from our own needs.

The way we care matters — not only to those we care for, but to ourselves.

The three days include

  • Exploration of all seven attachment systems
  • A small, supportive group with space for personal exploration
  • Time for reflection, rest and being “off duty”
  • Delicious lunches and snacks prepared by our chef, Emily
  • Beautiful surroundings and space to step away from the demands of everyday life
  • Local, reasonably priced accommodation nearby

People need people - for initial and continued survival, for socialization, for the pursuit of satisfaction. No one - not the dying, not the outcast, not the mighty - transcends the need for human contact.
