Start with an Introductory Session
Curious about the workshops but not sure what to expect?
The introductory session offers a chance to experience the approach for yourself before deciding whether you'd like to explore it further.
It provides a gentle introduction to the McCluskey Model and to the experiential way the workshops work. You'll have an opportunity to begin exploring your own patterns of relating, while experiencing what it is like to be part of a small, supportive group.
There is no need to have any previous knowledge of attachment, and no expectation that you need to commit to a longer programme.
It is simply an opportunity to come along, experience the approach and see what it is like for you.
